Membership and Volunteer Information

Whether you own land or not, you can be an important participant in the Land Trust. The Blue Mountain Land Trust thrives on the energy, expertise, skills and community contacts provided by our many members and volunteers. We rely on membership dues and cash donations to educate property owners, support land protection efforts, and raise public awareness of our mission. Join our efforts and enjoy a sense of partnership as you pass each special landscape that has been protected with your help.

          Volunteer opportunities: 

  • Data entry: A volunteer familiar with File Maker Pro to assist BMLT with data entry estimated at 1 or 2 hours/week.
  • General Filing:  A volunteer for general filing 1-2 hours/week.
  • Bookkeeping :  A volunteer with Quick Books experience. 1-2 hours/week.

Blue Mountain Land Trust now has another way for you to help: t-shirts and caps. We're selling caps through this webpage and also when you come meet us at the Walla Walla Farmer's Market. So get some for yourself and your friends!

 
T-shirt

Our shirts are printed on a stonewashed green Hanes 50/50 shirt. With a modified BMLT logo positioned in the upper left chest.

Sizes Available: Small - Extra Large
Caps

Our caps are a light, putty colored, low profile cap. The BMLT logo is embroidered on the front. The back is velcro for easy fit and comfort.
